THRESH0LD is a B2B SaaS business helping crypto companies manage their digital assets. We are scaling and looking for switched on driven professionals who want to grow and help accelerate our growth. Ideal candidates will be individuals with previous experience in institutional sales and business development in the crypto space who will support our scale.
Your role will include:
- Manage the full Sales lifecycle, from sourcing clients via phone, email and other methods, through to onboarding and ongoing client relationship management thereafter.
- Generate qualified sales leads, create materials and proposals, conduct demos and close sales.
- Become a THRESH0LD expert, identifying and solving client needs, and managing client relationships.
- Work with Marketing to provide market updates and customer feedback on running campaigns and messaging, with an aim to increase the number and quality of leads.
- Ensure detailed notes of client interactions are kept up to date in CRM, with regular Sales analytics for management.
- Represent the brand at conferences and industry events.
This is a fast-paced scale-up, with no two tasks being identical. You will learn a huge amount about the crypto environment and sales process, but you will also need to be proactive and feel comfortable adapting to different situations and challenges.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital assets within a similar client-facing role.
- Experience generating qualified leads, managing sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey complex information in a simple manner to different audiences.
- Ability to flexibly execute in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to continuously learn about new advances in technology, and stay up to date with new market trends.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar.
- Keen proven interest in the digital assets space.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus.
