We are looking for a switched-on Technical Support Engineer to join our team. Working alongside other team members, you will get ample opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and advance your career.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to end users, resolving inquiries, integration and features.
- Communicate clearly to understand user needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, technology, operations) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Manage user expectations and maintain clear communication during incident resolution or service interruptions.
- Document user interactions and feedback to help improve services and support processes.
- Participate in continuous product improvement initiatives and support projects.
- Display a positive, collaborative attitude within the team and across departments.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in web3 software development, frontline technical support, preferably in fintech, payments-related services.
- Background in software development is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to explain technical information clearly to users with varying technical knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven success in managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment (work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays)
Nice to have
- Experience with blockchain protocols.
- Experience with backend technologies such as NodeJs, PHP, GO, Java
- Knowledge of cloud technology: AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, etc
- Understanding of smart contracts and Ethereum layer-2s
